Dr Haider an interventional cardiology trainee and visionary entrepreneur dedicated to advancing cardiovascular health through innovative approaches. With a deep-rooted passion for lipidology driven by his own family history of Famililal Hypercholesterolemia, he founded Yorkshire Lipid Association, an esteemed organization committed to research and education on lipid disorders and their impact on heart diseases as well as peripheral arterial disorders. 

Dr Haider very quickly acknwoledged the need of an organization which can help better collaboration between primary and secondary care teams as well as engage patients and the general  public by increasing awareness of lipid disorders and associated diseases.
